Each request gets assigned a ticket number.

A support representative based in the USA will assist you. The support staff responds to tickets from 9-5pm ET, Monday through Friday.

Response times vary, but are generally a few hours.

If you would like us to delete your Time Off account and personal information, please submit a request using the form below and include your first name, last name and the email address associated with your account. Once your request is verified and approved, Meta Section, LLC will delete the following data associated with your Time Off account: Account profile information (name, email address), application account data associated with your user profile, and any personal information stored as part of normal usage. Account deletion requests are typically processed within 14 days.

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
